Spring Media Co. is more than a decade of passion and integrated experience working in communications, married with the cultural experience from a life lived in travel.
Led by founder Nikki Dindo, we are built with two core beliefs; a brand’s full potential is unlocked when it finds its ownable place in the world, and a person’s best output comes when their work fits into their life, not when their life’s constrained by their work.

With over a decade of marketing experience in both Vancouver and New York City, Nikki has led digital strategy for a diverse range of companies, helping brands reach new levels in their business.
A multi-faceted leader, Nikki has spent her career building a diverse digital portfolio through social media strategy, influencer campaign management, public relations and event production.
Currently on faculty as a Social Media instructor at Blanche Macdonald Centre, Nikki serves as an educator and mentor to rising talent in the industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Business from the University of Victoria and currently splits her time between Vancouver and New York City.

She specializes in crafting strategic, brand-aligned content that not only captures attention but drives meaningful connections and growth.
